MOMA by Simone Bonanni and TOKU by Valerio Sommella

The MOMA collection stems from a meticulous hand-drawing process aimed at finding the right visual balance between the three elements that make up each seat. The project reinterprets the junction between backrest and seat, turning the structural connector into a distinctive aesthetic feature of the entire collection. The result is a family with a precise and considered character—one that asserts its identity through the refinement of a single detail, repeated consistently across every variation. The family includes a wide range of variations, from chairs to stools, available either with a solid wood base or in a stackable version with tubular steel legs.

Cantarutti unveils TOKU, the latest creation born from its longstanding collaboration with designer Valerio Sommella. A seating collection designed specifically for contract environments, TOKU redefines space through a refined balance of comfort and geometric precision. The concept behind TOKU is the fusion of absolute comfort—achieved through a fully upholstered structure—with a bold visual presence. Generous, enveloping volumes invite relaxation, transforming each piece into a sculptural element that commands attention within any interior. The defining feature of the collection, a unifying thread connecting both the dining and lounge versions, is the distinctive design of the rear leg. This structural detail rises upward, linking the seat to the backrest and creating a crisp, striking aesthetic line that is instantly recognizable. A graphic gesture that becomes the visual signature of the entire collection.

HOORIA by Andrea Steidl and NEO by Christoph Jenni

Born from a thoughtful reflection on the meaning of contemporary seating, form and function achieve a balanced and effortless harmony. Comprising both a chair and a stool, the collection is defined by a curved backrest that extends the gesture of the structure into a continuous line, while the legs gently open towards the floor, creating a relationship with the surrounding space that is both stable and light. The quality of construction translates into a discreet presence, capable of combining strength and comfort without adding visual weight. It is a seating collection that adapts naturally, without ever completely disappearing into its context. In more dynamic settings, it follows the rhythm of everyday use; in more intimate spaces, it establishes a measured presence, contributing to the overall character and quality of the environment. Finishes play a decisive role in achieving this balance. The deep, tactile tones characteristic of Cantarutti’s palette—such as mahogany and walnut—interact beautifully with the upholstered surfaces, offering a wide range of aesthetic interpretations. Stackable by design, HOORIA responds to contract and food & beverage environments where repetition must never become anonymity.

NEO is our vision of the modern interpretation of a classic dining chair. With its refined details and timeless, elegantly defined volumes, it brings sophistication to any environment in which it is placed. The smooth shapes create a graceful interplay of light and shadow, further enhancing its beauty. NEO adds elegance to the dining table, whether in a restaurant or at home. Available in versions with upholstered seat and backrest, it offers endless possibilities for creating the perfect combination for any setting. Whether paired with leather or fabric, and combined with the various finishes of the wooden elements, NEO delivers everything one could desire from a classic chair. The use of steam-bent wood for the seat and backrest represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship in wooden chair-making techniques. With no compromises made in terms of quality, NEO is built to last a lifetime—and beyond.

COCO LOUNGE by Cantarutti and DORY TUB by Adam Goodrum

The new COCO LOUNGE addition by Cantarutti is defined by an eclectic personality and a strongly resolved aesthetic, where rounded volumes and a clearly articulated structural outline exist in careful equilibrium. Neither purely decorative nor strictly functional, COCO moves effortlessly between different design registers, feeling equally at home in residential interiors and hospitality environments. Its extensive range—including chair, dining chair, armchair, lounge chair, stool, pouf, sofa and bench—reflects a system designed for adaptability, entering any space with a consistent identity while remaining open to interpretation through different finishes and contexts.

DORY draws inspiration from traditional wooden rowing boats, evoking a slow, essential and authentic dimension. The project interprets these values through a solid wood structure with soft, flowing lines, where craftsmanship is evident in the details and proportions. The collection combines comfort with formal simplicity, featuring a restrained aesthetic that allows the material itself to take centre stage. Finishes, colours and upholstery suggest a broad and thoughtful approach to personalisation. DORY is the result of a design approach that blends tradition with industrial expertise, transforming simplicity into a precise and welcoming gesture. Presented here in its tub version, an upholstered lounge chair, DORY distils this spirit into an intimate and enveloping form—strong in its proportions, relaxed in its presence.

HYPPO CLUB by Valerio Sommella

The evolution of the HYPPO upholstered collection for the new workplace landscape expands with a “soft contract” solution designed to create micro-architectures for collaboration and focused work within open-plan environments. Cantarutti announces the launch of HYPPO CLUB, the latest extension of the renowned HYPPO upholstered collection. Originally conceived to meet the needs of the contract and lounge sectors, the collection now evolves towards the contemporary workplace, offering a soft and flexible solution for the design of open-plan offices. HYPPO CLUB was developed in response to the need to balance the collaborative nature of shared spaces with the growing demand for privacy and comfort. The project allows the creation of welcoming, protected work settings: functional islands designed to accommodate dynamic meetings for two to four people, while also serving as individual workstations dedicated to concentration. The high surrounding panels provide a subtle visual and acoustic screen, shaping a genuine oasis of privacy without losing connection with the surrounding environment.

The CLUB extension retains the unmistakable formal language that defines the entire HYPPO collection. From the enveloping silhouette of the structure to the detailing of the legs, the collection preserves a strong aesthetic coherence, bringing the warmth and comfort typically associated with hospitality and residential interiors into the most demanding workplace settings. With HYPPO CLUB, Cantarutti presents an increasingly fluid and people-oriented vision of the office, where design becomes a tool for shaping flexible, welcoming and highly efficient workspaces.
